Barnoby Barford is a craftsman that likes to create humorous sculptures based on modern culture. The juxtaposition of old style ornament figures and modern day situations makes for a rather funny but clever piece of art.
"James is an international artist that crosses as many mediums as he does borders. Living out his middle namesake 'Gulliver' James is constantly on the move, having been involved in artist projects and residencies in Indonesia, Austria, France, the U.K. and America. He is currently located in Los Angeles and works on projects in Europe, America and Australia."
Craig Fisher is currently exhibiting his work here at Plymouth College of Art and I've got to say its probably one of the best I have seen at the college for a while. Some really interesting and unique illustration style sculptural pieces and framed hand drawn images. The exhibition titled 'Foolish Act' is open until the 7th of March.
Thomas Forsyth's portfolio has an array of interesting conceptual designs from drawing tools, to furniture and abstracts. I especially like "Aleatoric Geometry" its crying out to be touched and played with.
